Every great construction project starts with the design process. It is the single most important part of construction — with this phase, there’s no logical path to follow when building. At MAZZA ENTERPRISE, we understand how important it is to get the design phase right for the sake of the rest of the project.
The Design Phase
To start your project, we work with our designers — architects and engineers — to give your new structure the highly-customized look and feel that’ll help bring your vision to life. They take your needs into consideration when designing every facet of your building including any sort of site maintenance that may need to occur prior to breaking ground.
Outside of the look and feel of your building, the design phase is so important because it gives a more accurate estimate of the total construction cost. When handling your project, our CMAR process gives you peace of mind knowing that we’ll be with you each and every step of the way.
We’ll provide 3D mockups and interactive walkthroughs so you can truly get a feel for how the building is going to turn out. Once we’ve got your building design completed and approved, we move on to the build phase.
The Build Phase
It’s finally time to put all of the hard work during the design phase into something you can see and eventually use. Since we’ll act as your general contractor for your project, we’ll immediately start the staffing process to build out the best and most experienced team available. We’ll finalize any fine details and begin the construction process. Throughout the build, you’ll be updated about your structure’s progress, including photos and videos.
Finally, you’ll do a final walkthrough to approve the final build, and voila! Your new building is done.
